1 General Provisions

xbejee is an online gaming platform that provides various gaming services to users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between xbejee and all of its registered members.

These terms are written in English and apply to the Bangladesh market. In the event of any linguistic ambiguity, this English version shall be considered final. By using the platform, you agree to comply with all of the terms set out below.

2 Account Registration

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account with xbejee, you must provide truthful and complete information. Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

The name, mobile number, email address, and date of birth provided at registration must be genuine and valid. Providing false information may result in the account being cancelled at any time, and in such cases the balance may be forfeited. xbejee may request additional documents at any time to verify your identity.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. If you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately. Managing an account through a third party is strictly prohibited.

3 Age Verification and Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to use the xbejee platform. This platform is operated exclusively for those aged 21 and above. We are firmly committed to protecting minors from gaming.

For age verification, we may request a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued document. If it is established that a member created an account while under the age of 21, that account will be closed immediately and all balances will be forfeited.

• Must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.
• Must hold a valid mobile banking or bank account registered in their own name.
• Must be legally capable of using online gaming services.
• Must not be a person banned by xbejee.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

xbejee currently accepts transactions via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Users must use a payment method registered in their own name. Transactions from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. xbejee reserves the right to set a maximum deposit limit, which may change from time to time. All deposits are processed securely via SSL encryption.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Applicable wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

• Withdrawals may only be made from verified accounts.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used at the time of deposit.
• xbejee reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold in cases of suspected suspicious activity.
• Identity verification is mandatory for large withdrawals as part of our anti-money laundering policy.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Alternatively, depositing ৳12,000 or more earns the maximum bonus of ৳8,000, giving a total balance of ৳20,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must meet a 25x wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. This means that if you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you must place a total of ৳37,500 in bets before withdrawing. Not all games may contribute equally to the wagering calculation.

5.3 General Bonus Policy

• Each member may use each promotion only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• xbejee reserves the right to cancel a bonus if misuse is suspected.
• Bonuses will expire if not used within the specified time limit.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

xbejee ensures fair play in all games. All game outcomes are determined through certified random number generator (RNG) technology, which ensures impartiality and transparency. If you have any questions about a game result, please contact our support team.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to a technical fault or internet disconnection, xbejee reserves the right to void or restart that bet. No claims for compensation will be accepted in such circumstances. The service may be temporarily unavailable during system maintenance.

6.3 Quotas and Restrictions

xbejee reserves the right to set betting limits for any member. If an unusual betting pattern is detected, the account may be temporarily suspended for review.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xbejee platform. Engaging in any of them may result in account cancellation as well as legal action:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Abusing the bonus system or attempting to earn bonuses by artificial means.
• Operating an account using another person's identity.
• Using hacking, malware, or other harmful software.
• Attempting to manipulate games or the system.
• Money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Using a third-party account or payment method.
• Interfering with the normal operation of the platform.
• Fraud or harassment directed at other members.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by xbejee

xbejee may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances: breach of terms, evidence of fraud, provision of false information, or instruction from a regulatory authority. In such cases, bonus balances will be forfeited, and any decision regarding verified real-money deposits will depend on the circumstances.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request account closure at any time via our live chat or email. All pending transactions will be completed before the account is closed, and any eligible balance will be returned. Self-exclusion requests related to responsible gaming are processed separately.

9 Limitation of Liability

xbejee is committed to operating its platform to a reasonable standard. However, xbejee will not be held liable for the following:

• Internet disconnection or technical faults caused by third parties.
• Unexpected server downtime or disruption during maintenance.
• Loss caused by a user's own negligence or failure to maintain security.

In the event of a dispute, the maximum amount of compensation will be limited to the value of the transaction in question.

The games available on the platform are the intellectual property of their respective game providers — such as Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, and Spribe. These games are operated under licence, and copying any element of them is legally punishable.

12 Changes to Terms

xbejee reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will endeavour to notify members via email or a platform notification. However, continued use of the platform after updated terms have been published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
